Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations
  • You may cancel an appointment up to 24 hrs (1 day) before the appointment time minus non-refundable appointment fee without an extra convenience charges.
  • You may cancel an appointment within 24 hrs (1 day) with a $5 dollar convenience fee and non refundable appointment fee.
Reschedule
  • You may reschedule an appointment up to 5 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring a convenience charge.
  • You may reschedule an appointment within 5 hours of your scheduled appointment with a $5 dollar convenience charge
Refund
  • The only time a full refund will be given is if a barber does not show up.
  • Situations beyond our control which may cause a barber to be significantly delayed resulting in a refund are traffic, weather, unforeseen emergencies, and etc. In such cases where the appointment time can not be worked out report the appointment as “Incomplete on Barber’s Behalf” and a refund will be given at the time the barber does the same.
  • Disputes in this area will be handled as equitable as possible by Barbers Express management.
Timing
  • Barbers as well as the customer are granted a 15 min grace period (25 min during Rush hour i.e. 7:00-9:00 A.M and 4:00-6:00 P.M.) before being considered late.
Cancellation at Time of Appointment
  • Service Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse service in such cases where they feel threatened, sexually harassed, determine the premises has unsanitary conditions, or to any person deemed to have an infectious or communicable disease not communicated to Barber beforehand and/or not medically cleared by a doctor.
