Are the Barbers Licensed?

Yes, all Barbers Express barbers are licensed by their respective states and or governing body.

Why is there an appointment fee and a haircut fee?

As this is a site for convenience and customer service, the appointment fee assures you of the barber’s time. It is a deposit of sorts and guarantees you and the barber are not wasting a trip and or time where both of you could be engaged otherwise.

What is an 'Out of Area' charge?

Our barbers have select zip codes that they serve on a regular basis without any extra charge. However, in the event that you want a particular barber who doesn’t regularly serve the zip code you’re in, this is the barber’s fee for coming to that particular zip code.

Why does the service time I booked not match what’s in the barbers profile?

Flex time is added to each appointment to allow the barber to finish, clean up, and be in route to his/her next appointment.

Should I tip the barber?

Gratuity is not included or required, but please feel free to tip your barber as you see fit. There’s no problem with showing your barber that you appreciate the convenience and service they provide..
