the additional terms set forth by that Barber.

All fees and prices are stated in U.S. Dollars.

BarbersExpress.com accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs.
We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.
Who You Are Buying From
Barbers Express LLC acts as the agent to those barbers for whose services you purchase
an appointment for. When you purchase an appointment, Barbers Express LLC will be
handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Service Provider. Barbers
Express generally is just a services provider with respect to the sale.
Pricing and Availability
BarbersExpress.com books appointments on behalf of the Service Provider or Barber
in this case. In general, Barbers Express LLC does set the prices for services provided
in each city. In certain individual cases, the Barber may provide his/her own prices
for services. However, Barbers Express LLC does not control the availability of
the barber or the means in which he or she provides services. .
Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page
or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message
or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility
to confirm with our Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been
placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase
process. Barbers Express will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise)
if you assume that an appointment was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees
Appointments purchased on BarbersExpress.com are typically subject to a non refundable
appointment fee convenience charge. Other convenience charges may be related to
cancellations, refunds, or out of area fees.

Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information,
has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account
information for an appointment that can delay processing. In these cases, customer
service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time
of purchase. If Barbers Express LLC is unable to reach you after its initial attempt,
Barbers Express may cancel your order and make your appointment time available to
another customer.
Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for an appointment is incorrect regardless of whether because
of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you
then: Barbers Express LLC will have the right to cancel that appointment and refund
to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of
human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site or other Barbers Express
operated system.
Multiple Browser Windows
When ordering appointments online with Barbers Express LLC, please ensure you are
looking for services and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking
up services using multiple browser windows could result in losing your appointment
or timer expiration.
Cancellation at time of appointment
Service Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse
service in such cases where they feel threatened, sexually harassed, or determine
that the premises has unsanitary conditions, or to any person deemed to have an
infectious or communicable disease not communicated to Barber beforehand and/or
not medically cleared by a doctor.
